Our Policy
We accept return and refund requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging (if applicable).
What Can Be Returned?

❌ Items returned after 14 days of delivery
❌ Sale or final sale items
❌ Custom or personalized items
How to Request a Return or Refund
Reach out to us through our contact page within 14 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item (especially if damaged or incorrect)
- A brief description of the issue
We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
Do I Have to Pay Return Shipping?
If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — we cover it. If you're returning for any other approved reason, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
What If My Item Arrived Damaged?
Please take a photo right away and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. We make it right, no questions asked.
