Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–20 business days depending on your location and the shipping method available for your item.

Some products ship from international warehouses, which means slightly longer transit times. We always aim to get your order to you as fast as possible, and every order comes with tracking so you know exactly where it is.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Free shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 may have a small shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your location and item.

Will I Get a Tracking Number?

Yes — once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

My Order Is Taking Longer Than Expected — What Do I Do?

First, check your tracking link (it can take 3–5 days to update after your order ships). If something looks off or you haven't received your order after 25 days, reach out to us at our contact page and we'll make it right.

Can I Change My Address After Ordering?

Address changes can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, the order has usually already been sent to fulfillment. Contact us ASAP if you need to make a change.
